Introduction

Tilottama Paikpari Society, established in 2011, is dedicated to empowering women through education and skill development. Our NGO offers courses in tailoring and beauty, targeting non-working women, primarily housewives, and young girls who have recently completed their higher education. By equipping them with these skills, we aim to provide sustainable livelihoods and promote women’s empowerment. Our motto is to foster the development of women in society, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities to thrive.

The impact of our programs is evident in the success stories of our graduates. Many women who have completed our courses have gone on to open their own tailoring shops and beauty parlors. These ventures not only provide them with a steady income but also contribute to their sense of independence and self-worth. The businesses established by our alumnae have become vital sources of economic stability for their families and communities.

Through the skills acquired at Tilottama Paikpari Society, these women are making significant strides in their personal and professional lives. They are not only earning a good income but also creating a better life for themselves and their loved ones. Our commitment to women’s development remains steadfast, as we continue to offer training and support, empowering more women to achieve their dreams and contribute positively to society.
